1/2 cup honey (or sugar)
4 Tbsp. yeast
2 cups warm water  
Let stand 5 minutes or until yeast is bubbly.
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2  cup  molasses
3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup gluten (optional)  
Mix well and add to above
Then add 6 cups whole wheat flour.  Mix or beat 5 minutes (to develop gluten to help bread rise).

Continue adding 1  or l2 cups flour at a time, until dough is easy to handle (it usually takes 4 or 5 cups more).  Knead until dough is smooth and elastic.  Too much flour will cause bread to be dry and crumbly.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.  Makes 4 to 6 loaves, depending on pan size.

This dough can also be used for cinnamon rolls.
